3) Make sure sure your database is current, purge from duplicates, and is corrected to Canada Post
standards. You may have any number of duplicates costing you not only postage but material and labour.

4) If your using a design company, ensure that they know the regulations for postage dicounts. To often we find
that if a piece was designed slightly smaller, significant savings can be had.
